Our security officers are trained in patrol techniques, alarm systems, professionalism, workplace violence, customer service, evidence preservation, written and verbal communication, hazardous material response, ethical behavior, search and seizure, first responder training, access control and conflict resolution. All Falcon Security officers also receive continuous training throughout their employment.
What is Falcon Security's screening process for hiring security officers?
Since maintaining the best security personnel is our focus, prospective employees are thoroughly screened before being hired. All potential officers must pass through an interview to determine the proper mindset for the job, extensive background checks, drug screening and reference checks. Our goal is to find the officer that is just right for each client.
